Rakibul Islam, born in Char Rajibpur Upazila under Kurigram district, serves as the Treasurer of WIDE ANGLE Foundation. With a deep-rooted passion for social development, Rakibul has dedicated his career to making a positive impact on the lives of underprivileged communities.

He completed his BSS (Hons) degree in Political Science from the People’s University of Bangladesh, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of social and political dynamics. Rakibul’s academic background has equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complexities of community development.

In addition to his role at WIDE ANGLE Foundation, Rakibul is also a program organizer at BRAC microfinance. His experience in microfinance has given him insights into financial inclusion and economic empowerment, further strengthening his ability to contribute to the Foundation’s financial management and planning.
