WIDE ANGLE Foundation Ensures Safe Return to School with Free Mask Distribution
Amidst the joy and excitement of resuming classroom learning after an 18-month-long closure, educational institutions across the country, from primary to higher secondary levels, were buzzing with activity. With masks adorned, hands washed or sanitized, students embarked on a journey back to school, stepping into a different environment altogether.
However, not all children were able to attend school on the first day. Many parents faced challenges in sending their children to school, and crowds of concerned parents gathered outside numerous educational institutions. Recognizing the need to support these families and prioritize the safety of students, WIDE ANGLE Foundation took proactive measures by distributing free masks to the students of Dudhghata Government Primary School in Sonargaon Upazila of Narayanganj District.
In a bid to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment, the foundation played its part in equipping students with the necessary protective gear. By providing free masks, WIDE ANGLE Foundation aimed to alleviate the financial burden faced by some families and help bridge the gap in accessing essential safety measures.
The distribution program not only addressed the immediate need for masks but also reassured parents and guardians about their children’s well-being as they returned to the classrooms. By prioritizing the health and safety of students, WIDE ANGLE Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to supporting education and fostering a conducive learning environment.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to WIDE ANGLE Foundation for their compassionate initiative, which resonates with their core values of serving humanity and making a positive impact on communities. Their efforts have undoubtedly played a crucial role in enabling students to participate in the joy of learning, ensuring a smooth transition back to school life.
As we collectively navigate these challenging times, let us stand together in safeguarding the health and well-being of our children, ensuring their education continues uninterrupted.
